SHINSAEGI MEDITECH CO., LTD. 4. Refusal to consent to personal information
 You have been familiar with the collection, use, and provision of personal information during consultation inquiries, and you can refuse the information.
 However, if you refuse, you may be limited to consultation inquiries.
 You may withdraw your consent to collect, use, and provide personal information at any time during the inquiry.
 If you contact the person in charge of personal information management in writing, by phone,  or by fax, we will take necessary measures, such as destroying your personal information without delay.
